Vote for Your Favorite Tree at The Festival of Trees in Custer State Park

Custer State Park is hosting a Festival of Trees event this year to celebrate the Christmas season.

The public is encouraged to explore the visitor center and vote for their “Favorite Tree” December 10 until January 1, 2017.  There are currently eight trees on display for viewing and voting.  The “Favorite Tree” will be announced by Tuesday, January 3 via Facebook and a news release.  ( All trees are not pictured)

There is no cost for visitors to view the trees however, a park entrance license is required to enter the park.  Park entrance licenses can be purchased at the visitor center.

Custer State Park Visitor Center hours are 9:00am – 4:00pm every day.  The visitor center will have limited hours of 9am – 11am on Wednesday, December 21 and will be closed Saturday to Monday, December 24-26.
